How It Works

Three steps. Most sellers finish the form in under two minutes.

1

Tell us about the unit

Enter the VIN if you have one, or just pick year, make and model. For equipment with only a serial plate, skip the VIN and enter the details manually. That path is built in.

2

Get your offer

We price it against live commercial sale data from our auction network. Most units get a figure on screen right away; specialised equipment gets a call back from a buyer who works that market.

3

We collect and you get paid

Accept the offer and we arrange transport, including lowboy and heavy‑haul where it is needed. Title and paperwork are handled for you.

Why Sell Your Truck To Us

We are an auction platform, not a scrapyard, which changes what your unit is worth.

Priced against real commercial sales

Your offer comes from what comparable trucks and equipment actually sell for in our network right now, not a flat scrap rate per ton.

Damage does not disqualify

Collision, fire, rollover, water, blown engine, dead transmission, no keys. Commercial buyers want the parts and the drivetrain either way.

No usable VIN? Still fine

Most heavy equipment carries a serial number rather than a 17‑character VIN. Skip the VIN lookup and enter the details by hand; the form is built to accept it.

Fleets and multiple units

Retiring several units at once? Submit one and note the rest in the description. A buyer will work the whole group with you in a single conversation.

Truck & Equipment Selling FAQ

The questions commercial sellers ask us most.

My equipment has a serial number, not a VIN. Can I still sell it?

Yes. Forklifts, excavators, loaders, tractors and most yard equipment are identified by a serial plate rather than a 17‑character VIN. Leave the VIN step alone, choose “enter details manually” and give us year, make, model and condition. Put the serial number in the description box so the buyer can verify the unit.

Do you buy trucks that do not run?

Yes, and it is a large share of what moves through the platform. Non‑runners, blown engines, failed transmissions, air‑system faults and accident damage are all normal for commercial units. Say so honestly in the form. An accurate description gets you a firmer offer, not a lower one.

Who pays for transport on something this heavy?

We arrange and cover pickup, including lowboy or heavy‑haul equipment when the unit needs it. You do not need to move it, load it, or find a hauler. Tell us if the unit cannot roll or steer so the right trailer is dispatched the first time.

What paperwork do I need?

For on‑road trucks and trailers, the title in the seller’s name plus photo ID. Equipment is often sold on a bill of sale where no title exists in that state. That is common, and we will tell you exactly what is needed for your unit and state before pickup.

Can I sell more than one unit?

Yes. Fleet retirements, shop closures and estate sales are routine here. Submit the most valuable unit through the form and list the others in the description; a buyer will price the group together rather than making you fill in the form repeatedly.

How fast does this happen?

The offer is immediate for most on‑road trucks. Specialised equipment usually needs a short call so the right buyer prices it properly. Once you accept, pickup is typically scheduled within a few business days depending on your location and the transport required.

Ready to move that truck?

Free offer, no obligation, and we handle the heavy lifting, literally.
