Elite Auto Auctions works with a network of licensed independent partner companies across the United States. They hold the credentials that let a vehicle be bought at auctions where a private buyer cannot bid alone — which is also why a partner company's name sometimes shows up on your paperwork.
Why Another Company's Name Can Appear on Your Paperwork
Vehicles are bought for our customers through licensed independent partner companies. The selling auction issues its documents to the licensed entity that registered the bid and completed the purchase — so on some invoices, gate passes, bills of sale or title documents you will see that partner's company name rather than ours.
It is a licensing formality on the auction side of the transaction, not a change of who you are dealing with. Your account, your bid, your balance and the vehicle you selected all stay exactly where they were.
Because credentials are issued state by state, the partner named on your paperwork can differ from one purchase to the next, even for the same customer.

From Your Bid to Your Keys

You browse our inventory, set your maximum and tell us which lot you want. Nothing about this step involves a license.
We check the location
We look at where the vehicle sits and what that state and that facility require from a registered buyer.
A credentialed partner bids
The partner company licensed for that location places the bid and completes the purchase for you.
We hand it over to you
Documents, payment and release are coordinated by us, right through to pickup, shipping or export.
Rules Are Written State by State, Not Nationwide
There is no single national permit for buying at U.S. vehicle auctions. Each state sets its own requirements, and individual auction facilities apply them in their own way. That is the reason a single partner cannot serve every location, and the reason we maintain a network instead of relying on one company.
